- Snow not shoveled curb not clear. This leaves no space to cross or any handicapped access. It pushes pedestrians several feet into the intersection. It was left like this for days in the last storm. This is the City’s P3 lot property. Its sidewalks are also poorly cleared on both Tremont and Whittier Street.
