- Plow continues to block path made for pedestrians on corner of Belden St and Hamlet St. I continue to clean the snow when plow blocks path. It is unfair because I have left completely clean but plow continue to leave snow. I've attached a picture from yesterday 2/24 after clearing the path and a another one of how I found it today 2/25.
