- The Lincoln Building in the Leather District never clears the Lincoln St. crosswalk when it snows (intersection of Lincoln and Essex). It's been like this every snowstorm. They otherwise do a great job with the sidewalks. It would be helpful if someone from the city could call them and just say "hey you gotta clear the crosswalk ramp too when it snows"
