- I call 311 for another complaint as of yesterday and now this morning. I live at 193 Trenton Street East Boston Ma. My name is Frances Riley. I have two Handicapped Poles in front of my home. We are three neighbors and others from time to time who respectively share this (clearly marked by the two Handicapped Poles) Handicapped Space. We all chipped. In and paid $100 to a student to come shovel out this Handicapped space, in front of 193 Trenton Street East Boston. These photo’s taken this morning will show you how this man puts a chair to save this space for his trick. He has not shoveled at all! His large blue and white pick up truck with a Mass Plate, has been parking in front of 191 Trenton Street, since the storm. He doesn’t live in this area of our neighborhood. He continues to leave a chair front of 191 Trenton Street East Boston. Still not shoveling, and leaving that chair, to claim a parking spot. He plowed his huge Blue and White truck pushing all the neat snow bank we had paid $100 to a nice young student, to shovel out our Handicapped Space, right into our Handicapped Space. Please note the photos taken. Myself, and my good neighbors haven’t been able to park. We don’t have another $100 to re shovel the space. Can someone help us. Thank you for your listening and hopefully we can get this resolved.
