- Has broken window due to poor structural upkeep/inspection of our apartment leading to very cold temps in the space all winter. We’ve been waiting for a response from our landlord/management company about a window replacement as well as a possible rent credit due to the environment we’ve been dealing with. The window currently has a bandaid fix the attempt to stop the draft.
