- Fire hydrant is blocked by trash barrels from 223 Main Street. These residents keep leaving their barrels on Hathon square which is a private way, rather than on Main Street in front of their building. Last week they were issued a citation for their trash barrels and now they are blocking our fire hydrant with their barrels again. This is a safety issue!
