- Constituent states there is water leaking from 3rd floor unit into hers. Has been on going for weeks. Notified landlord when it first started and they said they would someone out but never did. They have just been dealing with it the last few weeks but now it has gotten much worse. Having to empty bucket of water about twice a day.
