- It is very disappointing and upsetting that public works closed my 311 complaint as RESOLVED within 2 hours of me submitting this request. I submitted pictures and detailed the street corners for the city to help our community to remove the snow mounds at the corners placed by the city snow plows. The City Roxbury Neighborhood Liaison called me to see what assistance we needed due to the recent 2 blizzards and I did exactly what she instructed me to do. You should not close out constituents 311 request as RESOLVED when nothing has been done. If you plan to come out and take care of the situation then state that but do not close it out if nothing has been done
