- MBTA Vehicles have been blocking the only shoveled path to the left of the Downtown Crossing exit on Franklin St., forcing pedestrians to climb over snow and ice. This is the third time this week that I have seen this happening during peak morning commute hours. Today the van was on. Even if it is temporary, these sidewalk exits should not be blocked.
