Description
Under the bridge on Brooks Street is not properly shoveled, making it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. This is the city’s responsibility. I am attaching a picture but it doesn’t really show how big the mound is (it’s impassable.) We have to walk in the busy street in order to walk through. This is an EXTREMELY busy pedestrian area.
