- Constituent states one of her neighbors dumped snow all over her driveway. Not sure who exactly it was but her driveway is filled up with 5 feet of snow for the entire length. Can see that it was dumped and not fallen from the sky. Home across the street shoveled out their cars and driveway with no mounds of snow near their cars or driveway.
