- There is confirmed rodent activity inside our apartment unit (not outside). A mouse was captured in a trap placed by property management inside the unit. We have a 3-month-old infant living in the apartment. Medical documentation confirms that exposure to rodents poses a health risk. The issue is ongoing and makes the unit unsafe for habitation.
