Pothole

Description: There is a loud noise coming from inside the manhole, or underground in the area. Sounds like a flash bang going off. 3-5 times a night, night time into early morning hours, residents need to sleep, and get well rested to pay the City of Boston High Rents, Taxes, and their bills..... I'm concerned and would like someone to investigate. Not looking forward to losing utilities in the middle of winter, specially lights and heat. Don't need an explosion or fire in the manhole either. Never had these problems until FedCorp did the street over... anyway of checking the wires, connections, or whatever needs to be done for the whole Street of Athens St between B St and C St.... getting to be ridiculous and annoying
