Despite this, multiple additional parking spaces are being held with cones for contractor vehicles, and residents are not able to use these spots. A dumpster permit does not authorize reserving extra parking spaces or blocking resident parking. Any additional curb space requires separate permits, which are not posted here. This is a misuse of a dumpster-only permit and should not be allowed to displace resident parking.
