- This is a follow up of case #101006124093. Every time My tenants throw out the trash. There are no photos I can share because they RUN when they see them. Isn’t our taxes paying a 40 hour week salary to a rat czar? What is being done about this? I’m not seeing any solutions posed whatsoever. They just said they saw 10 rats when they threw out the garbage within the locked garbage area doors within 1 minute. Completely unacceptable.
