- 275 centre street elevator is not working, I have family who live on the 7th floor who have to go up many stairs case and people who have asthma. This is unacceptable and bha hasn’t done anything about this, I’ve have heard so many complaints on this apartment it’s infested with roaches as well and suppose the be a “smoke free zone”
