- 33 Buswell Street. BU Dorm students leaving garbage in back alley in open plastic bags (no trash recepticles) which is creating a rat infestation. Rats are coming in droves to tear into the plastic bags for food. Each week it gets worse and the rats are now making their "homes" in the parked cars.
