Illegal Parking

Description: Vehicles illegally parked, one vehicle in handicap spot with no handicap plate or placard and another parked behind it in a No Stopping Anytime; emergency vehicle access. Also on Talbot across from 502/504 vehicle parked in crosswalk. Ever since the new building at 500 Talbot Ave opened people have been parking wherever they want. Last night a vehicle was parked on hydrant from approx 8:30 to 7:45 this morning, didn't report because no BTD coverage in our area on weekends.
