Description
Second day in a row that these trashcans are blocking the sidewalk on WASHINGTON ST. This is beyond disappointing after I've already made a 311 complaint. This is not only unsightly but dangerous. This is a multi million dollar complex that rests its trash cans on a 5 ft retaining wall all week and then blocks the sidewalk on trash day every week
