- Every day at 2:30 parents block Landseer street and Landseer Terr while picking up their kids at St Theresa’s. They leave their cars parked and walk away blocking a fire hydrant. This creates a major safety issue. We have several first responders in the area that may need to leave quickly. I’ll keep reporting it until it is addressed.
