Description: Apartment buildings at 111 Neponset Ave, Dorchester MA & 107 Neponset Ave have not been shoveled or salted, and large snow piles are still covering crosswalk points & access to road from sidewalk. People have to climb over snow curb or walk in street to get around 107 Neponset, and then 111 still has snow unshoveled from last snowstorm, which is now iced over
