- The snowbanks on Arlington Street across from St Columbkille school (even side of the road from Market Street to Leicester Street) have not been plowed/removed and are now snow banks of ice that cannot be easily shoveled. This is taking up parking spots for neighbors along the whole block. Can these snow banks be removed?
