- People are parking on the intersections of L St. and E. 6th St. in L St. in East Seventh Street where a toddler died years ago they’re parking on the four corners because the white bump post were knocked down during the storm. They need to be put back up before there was another fatality. There have been a few car accidents since they were knocked down
