Noted. Heavy amount of trash and debris on grounds at dumpster area for Jhade .Market and Cabo Verde. Store owner states trash is from illegal dumping. Large amount of trash on grounds of apartment building next to the market. An abatement will be served to the property owner that has the market and restaurant as Tennants. An abatement will also be served to the owner of the apartment complex at 91-101 Waldeck St. I will refer the market and restaurant to the Health Division and I will alert the Code Enforcement Division to the ongoing trash issues.
