- The street next to her sidewalk curb is not shoveled after snowstorm, prevents her from parking her car outside her house. Constituent shoveled this area herself to park her car during the first snowstorm, but the city never fully plowed this area during first or second snowstorm. DCR issued her a $60 ticket for snow violation or for parking her car in too close to the middle of the road (she can't park closer to the curb because snow was not removed). After trying to appeal the ticket, constituent was told that she has to go to court and pay a $275 citation.
