- I am a resident at 64 leonard st , Dorchester. The people from 48,50,66 leonard st they all put a trash bin , a corner, a basket or also a chair to keep their parking spot on the side of the street . It’s already been 2 weeks due to the bad storm happened. And they keep doing it especially the vietnamese people who living at ( 66 LEONARD ST, Dorchester ) they keep their 3 spot next to each other . They DO NOT know the laws . They just Moved to America. please do something , give them a ticket or warning please , i had an elderly person who barely to walked further away from my house I had to drive her everyday and now we have to walk nearly half mile to find a street parking place .
