- Trash has been continually dumped here and across the street for months now. I saw one older woman who lives in the apartment complex come out and stuff a full garbage bag in there and on a different occasion put a full garbage bag on the side. This photo was taken today in the evening after city workers already came earlier and removed a full garbage bag left on the side. It's been a mix of these residential garbage bags and 24 pack of Heineken full of empty glass bottles that have shown up countless times.

Noted. Household trash illegally dumped at a city litter waste basket, evidence was found inside and a citation was issued and was sent to dpw for removal!
