- On intervale street in Dorchester, MA where I go to church ( 8 Intervale street Boston, MA 02121) there is so much trash along the side of the sidewalks that I don’t even park outside of my church because I don’t want my kids to walk in dirty old clothes left on the street, trash, squished rats( I wish I was joking, we literally saw squished rats on the sidewalk/edge of the street). It’s very disappointing and shameful that my kids are wearing their Sunday Best walking and nothing but trash into church. I have to tell them to dodge all these different trash items which include needles,beer bottles, glass, the list goes on and on. You can tell at the street has not been cleaned at all. I’ve had this problem with the street since last year in the summer and now that is getting nice out, I refuse to have my children walk-through trash every Sunday going forward…something needs to be done, please. I have a lot of family in Boston and I’ve never seen their street as dirty as this one. It is almost like this one doesn’t get cleaned properly. It looks like years and years of built of trash everywhere.
