Description: Washington street at lower level of forest hills is a disgrace. its straight unacceptable for the thousands of us daily commuters that have to drive it constantly. If this sorry excuse for a paved road breaks my car then i PROMISE ima be physically injured too. and the city has to take those claims. stop playing and fix this shit before my damn axel and neck break
