Description: I am a tenant in Unit 205 at 46 Soldiers Field Place in Brighton, and the disturbance is coming from Unit 304 directly above my apartment. Ongoing noise disturbance from Unit 304 above my apartment. At approximately 4:48 AM on March 10, 2026, there was heavy stomping and impact noise directly above my bedroom that woke me from sleep. This disturbance follows earlier complaints involving dogs left in a crate for extended periods and late-night noise.
