Description
Scaffolding not maintained in front and back. Trash all over it, falling apart. It has been up for 2 years and there has been no work for 6 months. It is a hazard and looks terrible. People have been climbing it at night to sleep there and I am worried they will use it as an access point to enter surrounding homes
