- March 10, 2026 – Upstairs Dog and Noise Disturbances Approximately 2:00 PM – 2:10 PM Dog in the upstairs apartment barking continuously while inside a crate. The crate repeatedly hit or banged against the floor, producing loud thumping sounds inside my apartment. Evidence: Approximately 5-minute video recording saved. 2:53 PM Loud stomping and heavy walking sounds coming from the upstairs apartment shortly after the dog barking incident. Noise carried strongly through the ceiling into my unit.
