- My neighbors (73-2 Baldwin Street Boston) have installed a wind chime in the public alley between our apartments. It's keeping the kids awake. They are upset with my landlord and I believe they are taking it out on his tenants (me and my family). The law states: "In Boston, noisy wind chimes violate city noise ordinances if they exceed 50 dBa between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m." These noise makers are registering much higher than that all throughout the night and day.
