- Motor Vehicle with red failed inspection sticker since 5/25/25. This is my 2nd report. According to the provisions of Mass 540 CMR sec 4.07 (3) and MGL c90 a vehicle can not be parked or operated on streets after 60 days of receiving the rejected sticker. It has been almost a year that this vehicle has been parked in front of my house preventing me a disabled senior who is 87 years from having my caretakers park their vehicle. I am requesting this vehicle to to towed. During the snow storms was especially difficult.
