- Pedestrian crossing of North Street and Cross Street is extremely unsafe. Drivers do not stop at the red light and accelerate at pedestrians crossing with the crossing light. I walk this area daily for work and have been screamed at and nearly hit at-least once a week. Drivers come off of a highway into a densely populated downtown area. Why are no red light cameras or any other pedestrian protective measures installed?
