- At the corner the very beginning of Moore Street and McCullen Highway St., East Boston the area has been neglected for years with trash. Rats are running rampant all over the place. I took it upon myself to stop picking it up was tired of looking out at my window and seeing this trash morning, noon and night, watching people dump trash off to the side of the road there is a pile accumulated in front of the guard rail that needs to be picked up by the city of Boston
