- Additional evidence of trash disposal from February. Our property management has hired pets control to clean our are but keeps being misused by 84 Fayston st Residents. 38 days ago this issue was handled by our building, after the storm electricity wiring was damaged by rats. I also have evidence. Apt 3 in our building suffered damages with their washer and dryer due to the same issue. The smell of dead rats are lingering our building. I have personally asked 3 different families to properly dispose of their trash, nothing changes. I’m afraid of getting sick of me or my kids getting bitten by rats.
