- I've been noticing that there is a consistent issue with trash dumping near the dumpster/guardrail next to Subway at 875 Morrissey Boulevard. There are three memorials there, and it's very disrespectful. It's also a breeding ground for rodents and disease. Again, this has been an issue for a long time, and I'm not sure why no one is staying on top of this, but please look into it. | Witnessed incident: [No]
