- Trash continues to accumulate here because the residents overfill their trash bins every week and they spill/pour out. I have also witnessed Tina Nails customers dump trash on the street. Can the owner of the building be held liable? Its a hazard to walk around here with kids and dogs, there have been needles, used feminine products, food, and other biohazardous materials regularly. There is now a mattress that has been blocking the sidewalk/road.
