- One of our trash bags that we put out opened up and was not picked up. I called 311 and they said to repackage the trash and leave it out and it would be noted as a missed pick up to be picked up within 24 hours. I just wanted to upload a picture here for your reference. We replaced the spilled trash into these two white bags.
