- At 71 Homer st. They have trash all over the ground, food pieces, McDonald’s all over the floor, broken glass, vases , old food all over the ground. I’ve noticed rats in their alleyway and underneath their porch. This has been going on for months. We as neighbors do not want to get infested with rats due to their trash/old food on the ground.
