Residential Trash out Illegally

Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the overloading of the trash barrels as well as the barrels being stored improperly on the sidewalk infront of the property on a non residential trash day! And noted that citations would continue to be issued until they were removed from the sidewalk and emptied!
