Description: Trash continuing to be picked up from El Parche restaurant at 636-638 Bennington Street East Boston at 4:10 am Monday. This has previously been reported to 311 and was told that this is a police matter - Boston police would not be able to respond within a 10 minute call. This is an issue for inspectional services and the licensing board. Please forward to appropriate department. This is unacceptable. This trash is being picked up in a large box truck at 4 AM with very loud noises. The gate to the truck is lowered. The door is rolled up and rolled down. There are loud “back up” sounds. Plastic trash barrels are lifted and brought in. This is unacceptable and outside of the boundaries that was agreed-upon when they received their license from the licensing board.
