- I’d like to report to Boston public health hazard about the tenant/owner from the address 101 Old Harbor st, South Boston. They let their dog keep running over my private land/yard to defecate and urinate constantly on property. This issue has been on going from morning to night (has videos & photos). I informed their management about this issue and never done anything to it. They never picked up dog waste and dog dig several big holes on the ground. I have a concern about health hazard and contamination at my property, and trespasser caused physical damage — such as destroying landscaping, and dumping hazardous waste at my yard.
