- Const. states there has been an ongoing issue with cockroaches in the apartment. They are also in the common areas in the building (hallways). Const. states management has been notified multiple times and still haven't taken proper extermination measures. This has been ongoing since they moved in Sept 1st. The basement units are the worst but those are inhabited currently.
