- 7th request in 10 years without any action from the city of Boston. Pavement and sidewalk sinking and deteriorating. Sinkhole developing around sewer cap. Water and rats rushing in and out. I will not be paying for any damage to my property foundation if compromised by water damage. Please send someone to address ASAP.
