- Regarding reports on 8 Brooks St 02128, specifically 101006569778, closed 5hrs ago: there is no question whether construction is happening. The report is about the state OF the site, and the hazards it is creating. Also as another post states, with photos, there is no permit posted. Send ISD. Who even works at 311, and why are reports closed with unhelpful remarks? This does not encourage civic engagement.
