- This section of Ruggles Street is an absolute disaster for bike and pedestrians walking on the sidewalk. There are numerous pot holes and other forms of pavement failure that allow water to pool and it then splashes onto the sidewalk as vehicles pass. Bicyclist would have to ride on the yellow line to find a safe and smooth surface.
