Description
Large roadway defect around a metal drain in the right lane of Alford Street heading from Sullivan Square toward Encore Boston Harbor near the intersection with Rutherford Avenue. The pavement around the drain has collapsed and the metal frame is exposed above the road surface. This creates a serious hazard for vehicles and can easily cause tire damage. Saw there was a previous ticket about this that says "closed" now but the issue still remains.
