- My neighbors consistently put their trash and recycling out on the wrong days and without any bags so it just blows all over the street. I have personally asked them multiple times to use proper bags and they refuse. Recycling is also not picking it up often because it is not contained. It’s becoming a big problem for the neighborhood. I would appreciate if they got an actual ticket to stop. It’s 83 e. Brookline st apt 1 (basement) 02118. Their trash is out loose right now.
